Golf Instruction at Allentown Municipal Golf Course is provided by Jeff Wambold.  Jeff has been the General Manager for Allentown Municipal since 2006 and taught over 8,000 lessons, clinics & exhibitions to juniors, women and men in his teaching career.

Jeff has been involved in golf for 37 years and has competed in tournaments for 33 years.  He has worked as a golf professional at private and public facilities totaling 11 years.

Beginning his 'golf' carrer in 1974 at Oak Hill Golf Club, Jeff won numerous junior golf tournaments and capped a successful high school career with a 3rd Place finish in the 1982 NJSIAA championship.  Jeff was named the "Lehigh Valley Player of the Year" in 1995, competed in the 1995 US Amateur Championship, and the 1998 US Public Links Championship.

Jeff is also a 5-time New Jersey State Long Drive Champion and a 4-time Pennsylvania State Long Drive Champion.
